Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026-08-05

These terms govern your use of tai.ga, the Taiga website. They do not govern use of the Taiga platform. If your organization uses the platform, a separate written agreement covers that, and nothing on this page changes it.

Who we are

Taiga AI Oy Business ID: 3607851-2 Lapinlahdenkatu 16 00180 Helsinki, Finland Email: hello@tai.ga

What these terms cover

These terms apply to tai.ga and its subdomains. By using the site, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

Access to the Taiga platform is granted under a written services agreement between Taiga AI Oy and a customer organization. That agreement, together with any terms it incorporates, governs the platform. These website terms are separate from it and do not amend, supplement, or override it. Where this page and a signed agreement disagree, the signed agreement prevails.

The site is informational

What we publish here describes what Taiga does and what the platform is built to do. It is not an offer, a quote, a commitment, or a warranty. Product descriptions, timelines, availability, and compliance status can change. Nothing on this site creates a contract for the supply of any product or service.

Forms and signup

Submitting the early-access form tells us you want updates about Taiga. It does not grant access to the platform, reserve a place, or oblige us to provide anything. You can unsubscribe at any time. What we do with the data you submit is set out in our privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The written content, design, layout, and code of this site belong to Taiga AI Oy or its licensors. The Taiga name, logo, and brand assets are ours. Using them to represent yourself as Taiga, or to imply a relationship that does not exist, is not permitted.

You may quote from this site, link to any page, and reproduce extracts for commentary, reporting, research, or evaluation. Attribution is welcome but not required.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or to any system behind it, probe it for vulnerabilities outside the reporting process below, interfere with its availability, or place a load on it that degrades service for others. Do not misrepresent your affiliation with Taiga.

Automated and machine access

This site is published for machines as well as people. Every page is available as markdown by requesting it with an Accept: text/markdown header, and we maintain llms.txt, llms-full.txt, an API catalogue, an agent skills index, and a WebMCP surface. All of it is public and requires no authentication.

You may crawl, index, retrieve, quote, and use the written content of this site as training data for machine-learning models. We ask no permission, charge no fee, and reserve no rights over that use. This permission covers the text and structured data we publish. It does not extend to the Taiga name, logo, or brand assets, which are covered above.

Links to other sites

We link to third-party sites, including sources cited in our essays. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability. A link is not an endorsement.

No warranty on content

The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and current, and we correct errors when we find them, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate, or continuously available. Some pages describe events, incidents, and products belonging to third parties, drawn from public sources that may themselves be incomplete or later corrected. Do not rely on this site as your only source for a decision that matters.

Liability

To the fullest extent Finnish law permits, Taiga is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury. If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.

Reporting a security issue

If you find a vulnerability in this site or in Taiga's systems, tell us. Contact details and our disclosure preferences are in our security.txt. We respond, we credit, we fix. Testing has to stay inside the acceptable use limits above: no denial of service, no access to other people's data, no destructive testing.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is the one on this page, with the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Finnish law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved by the District Court of Helsinki. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law that applies there.
