We trust people to make decisions and own outcomes. If it's reversible, you don't need permission. If you're wrong, we fix it together. No committee theater.

Default to async. Write things down. Meetings are 25 minutes and only happen when writing won't work. Your calendar is yours.

Senior AI Engineer
~€8,000/month + 0.5% equity
Build and ship AI agents on AWS Bedrock AgentCore using the Strands SDK. You own the agent loop end-to-end: orchestration, tools, evals, model selection, and the knowledge layer agents retrieve from. Customer document grounding (S3 + vector retrieval) is a core surface you'll shape. Python primary. 5+ years total, with 1.5+ in production LLM/agent work. Production agent and RAG experience required. AI tools as a natural part of how you work.
