Which document wins

  1. The Order Form, including any special terms on it.
  2. Schedule D, data processing, on personal data only.
  3. The DORA Add-on or the Public Sector Rider, where the customer's status makes it apply.
  4. The Master Service Terms, including Schedules A to D.
  5. The Aurora Rate Card and the Service Description, in the versions published on the date of the Order Form.
  6. The Acceptable Use Policy.

No other terms apply. The Agreement is complete without any industry standard terms.
