What the work is like
You work next to agents
We run Taiga with our own AI agents, in sales, marketing, compliance and engineering. They research, draft and check, and people decide. Whatever your role, you use them every day and improve how they work.
Strict customers set the bar
Our customers work in healthcare, financial services and critical infrastructure. Security, audit trails and EU data residency are what they buy. Every proposal, document and release we send them has to hold up to their review.
Ownership is real
The team is small, and there are no layers between you and the decisions that matter. You own a result, not a task list, and decide how to get there.
Together in Helsinki
We work at Maria 01 in Helsinki, mostly from the office, with flexibility for remote days. Our work culture is Finnish and respects your time outside work.
