Questionnaires
Import the requirement spreadsheet a regulator or customer sent and Taiga answers what the project's documents support, each answer naming the document and version it rests on, written back into your own file.
Taiga reads the workbook as sent: which columns hold the requirement, the question, the answer and the justification, in whatever language the form is written, and the legend of allowed answers if it defines one. Nothing about the regulation is modelled and there is no list of supported forms. A sheet it cannot read confidently waits with Check the columns rather than guessing at the column your answers are written into.
Answers come from the published documents: specification, architecture, data flow, privacy assessment, threat model, risk register. Each one carries the document, the version and the sentence it was read from. An answer with no support is not invented. It comes back as no evidence found, not something documents can show, or needs your judgement, with a reason, and under the sources Taiga states what the evidence does not settle.
Open a row to correct an answer, and the file records it as yours. Needs your judgement marks the requirements only you can settle, where the question is one of governance rather than fact. A re-run never overwrites an answer you edited.
Download the filled form and the answers go into your workbook, sheets, formatting and layout intact, each with its sources in the justification cell; every other part of the file is byte-for-byte what you sent. It is a first draft. Taiga signs nothing on your behalf, and the declaration you file is yours. Delete the questionnaire when done and the requirements, the answers and the uploaded file go with it.
